Kelsey Alter is a human resources professional in the Santa Clarita Valley currently pursuing her Master of Public Policy and Administration degree at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. Kelsey has lived in Santa Clarita her entire life and enjoys giving back to this very special community through her JCI volunteerism. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, Zumba and skiing.
